Shipping Information
Generally, orders received before 11am MST each business day will be processed the same day for Delivery, Pick-up or UPS shipping. Orders for Pick-up will be available at our production facility between 2pm and 4pm the same day.
Orders received after 11am MST each business day will be processed on the same business day if possible, but if not, will be processed the next business day for Delivery, Pick-up or UPS shipping. Orders for Pick-up will be available at our production facility between 10am and 4pm the next business day.
Internet orders received Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or any holiday will be processed on the following business day.
Any order of 10 or more gifts and all gifts ordered during the holiday period (November 15th through December 24th) may take more than one day to complete. Call Wasatch Baskets at 801-268-6032 to determine when gifts ordered during this period will be ready.
Local Delivery:
We have contracted with a wonderful courier service to deliver gifts within Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. For deliveries within Salt Lake County, the charge delivery charge is $10.00. Our couriers also make deliveries in many parts of Utah, Davis and Weber County for $14.00.
For residential deliveries, our staff will phone ahead to ensure that someone will be available to receive your gift. If no one is available to take our call, we will leave a voicemail asking them to contact us to make convenient delivery arrangements. We do this so that you are not charged multiple times for delivery attempts if a recipient is not home. We always like to "connect" with someone at the residence before we deliver. Customers will be charged for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect information provided to us.

Shipping:
A $15 minimum purchase is required for shipping. All gifts are shipped with UPS from our warehouse facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. UPS Ground shipping charges are applicable. Charges are determined using gift weight, destination, and arrival date. Generally, gifts ship for $12-25 depending upon the purchase. This is because our gifts are larger and heavier than what you'd expect! Our gifts are hand-packaged for secure shipment. In the rare event that damage occurs during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may take appropriate corrective measures. Contact us for approximate transit times. UPS requires a physical address for all shipments. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Also, we do not ship to international addresses. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
