Customer Service:
We have the friendliest and most efficient staff you'll ever speak with! Please feel free to contact us with your order, questions or feedback.
Generally, orders received before 11am MST each business day will be processed the same day for Delivery, Pick-up or UPS shipping. Orders for Pick-up will be available at our production facility between 2pm and 4pm the same day.
Orders received after 11am MST each business day will be processed on the same business day if possible, but if not, will be processed the next business day for Delivery, Pick-up or UPS shipping. Orders for Pick-up will be available at our production facility between 10am and 4pm the next business day.
Internet orders received Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or any holiday will be processed on the following business day.
Any order of 10 or more gifts and all gifts ordered during the holiday period (November 15th through December 24th) may take more than one day to complete. Call Wasatch Baskets at 801-268-6032 to determine when gifts ordered during this period will be ready.
Gift Wrap Service Provided Free:
All local delivery gifts and those that are picked up from our showroom are hand wrapped in a decorative cellophane with an accent bow. Those gifts that are shipped via UPS are shrink wrapped for secure arrival with a colorful ribbon tied around the basket. Both methods are attractive and look very professional.
Substitutions:
Because we rely on our vendors, it may become necessary to make product substitutions depending upon availability. Rest assured that if that does occur, the product we use will be of equal or greater value. For example, certain chocolate items are replaced with sweets that do not melt when shipping to warmer climates.
Allergies:
We wish that everyone could enjoy our gourmet foods, but many folks do have food allergies. It is the responsibility of the recipient to read individual food labels for contents that may cause an allergic reaction. Many of our products are made in facilities that process nuts, so please use appropriate precautions when ordering.
Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For corporate orders, Net 30 terms are available upon credit approval for Utah companies. To establish tax exempt status, please contact us.
