We have the friendliest and most efficient staff you'll ever speak with! Please feel free to call us with your order, questions or feedback. Phone and internet orders are taken Monday-Thursday from 9 :00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.(MST). Generally, orders received before 11:00 a.m. are available for same day delivery (except during the holidays). Internet orders received Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Gift Wrap Service Provided Free:
All local delivery gifts and those that are picked up from our showroom are hand wrapped in a decorative cellophane with an accent bow. Those gifts that are shipped via UPS are shrink wrapped for secure arrival with a colorful ribbon tied around the basket. Both methods are attractive and look very professional.
Your final total will be calculated when we add in your local delivery or UPS shipping costs (plus any applicable tax). See below for delivery rates.
Delivery:
A $25 minimum purchase is required for delivery. Local deliveries are made in the surrounding areas of Salt Lake City, Utah. The following cities would be charged as follows:
$10 for Salt Lake City, South Salt Lake, Taylorsville, Murray, Holladay, Midvale and West Valley City.
Our staff will phone ahead for residential deliveries to ensure that someone will be available to receive your gift. If no one is available to take our call, we will leave a voicemail asking them to contact us to make convenient delivery arrangements. We do this so that you are not charged multiple times for delivery attempts if a recipient is not home. We always like to "connect" with someone at the residence before we deliver. Customers will be charged for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect information provided to us.
For larger orders (over 3 baskets per destination) you'd pay the trip charge listed above and then $1.00 per basket delivered.
Shipping:
A $15 minimum purchase is required for shipping. All gifts are shipped with UPS from our warehouse facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. UPS Ground shipping charges are applicable. Charges are determined using gift weight, destination, and arrival date. Generally, gifts ship for $12-25 depending upon the purchase. This is because our gift are larger and heavier than what you'd expect! Our gifts are hand-packaged for secure shipment. In the rare event that damage occurs during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may take appropriate corrective measures. Call us to get approximate transit times. UPS requires a physical address for all shipments. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Also, we do not ship to international addresses. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
Substitutions:
Because we rely on our vendors, it may become necessary to make product substitutions depending upon availability. Rest assured that if that does occur, the product we use will be of equal or greater value. For example, certain chocolate items are replaced with sweets that do not melt when shipping to warmer climates.
Allergies:
We wish that everyone could enjoy our gourmet foods, but many folks do have food allergies. It is the responsibility of the recipient to read individual food labels for contents that may cause an allergic reaction. Many of our products are made in facilities that process nuts, so please use appropriate precautions when ordering.
Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For corporate orders, Net 30 terms are available upon credit approval for Utah companies. To establish tax exempt status, please contact us.
